I wear the same shoes as Brad Pitt.

Ok fine, maybe I don’t but I heard that he does wear Crocs. I’ve succumed to the trend and bought myself a pair this weekend. These things have got to be the most comfortable shoes/sandals that I own. I feel like I could walk over nails and broken glass only to have it feel like walking on carpet made from new born babies. They’re that good!

The one disadvantage is the fact that you can’t wear them out without looking like a gimp without a fashion sense. These things are ugly. I mean, beaten with the ugly stick 20 times over type ugly. You could use these as visual torture devices and they would be scarily effective.

So yes, in conclusion. Comfortable but ugly. So my advice? Wear them but only indoors. If you do have to wear them outdoors then only only at night… in the dark… in an alleyway without any street lights.

Where did you buy them in Vancouver? I find some unheard-of brands that look like Crocs, but not crocs.

I want something ugly to wear just to amuse myself. Heh.

Hey Joy, actually I got them in Richmond (which is hardly a part of vancouver… maybe China). In the coast mountain sports store (I think thats their name).

Yeah…. they’re butt ugly. But I’d rather look at a pair of Crocs instead of someone’s (not yours) ugly feet.

Oooh, thanks. I’ll look for that the next time I go to Richmond.

i heart my faux-crocs. they make my feet happy.

I've never been good at writing about me/site pages. It seems too much like self-promotion and being the stereotypical passive-agressive asian; I would rather walk around a crowd and into a train rather than interact with a bunch of people. I'm shy that way, which also contradicts this website that talks about me and my life. My friends and family would care to disagree though, since they've seen my crazy & loud side. More »
